Video Editor

NEST Nepal is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual creativity, and technical editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished final content
• Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and graphics where needed
• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project requirements
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling style
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
• Improve video quality, pacing, and overall viewer engagement
• Export videos in required formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (1–2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
