Job Description
NEST Nepal is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual creativity, and technical editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished final content
Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and graphics where needed
Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project requirements
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling style
Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
Improve video quality, pacing, and overall viewer engagement
Export videos in required formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Job Specification
Proven experience as a Video Editor (1–2 years preferred)
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and creativity
