We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Product Engineer who can design and develop a complete software solution within a short timeframe by leveraging modern AI tools and technologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product development, using AI to significantly reduce development effort, accelerate delivery, and build intelligent, scalable systems.
Job Responsibility
Product Development
- Design and build a complete software system (backend + APIs + basic frontend integration)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Deliver a working MVP within a few months
AI-Accelerated Development
- Use AI tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM APIs) to speed up development
- Automate repetitive coding tasks and reduce manual effort
- Apply prompt engineering to generate, optimize, and debug code
Backend & System Design
- Develop robust backend services using modern frameworks (preferably .NET)
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Work with databases (SQL Server or similar)
AI Integration (Product Features)
- Integrate AI capabilities such as:
- Smart workflows
- Intelligent automation
- AI-assisted decision-making
- Use LLM APIs where applicable to enhance product features
Deployment & Delivery
- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Ensure performance, reliability, and basic security best practices
- Iterate quickly based on feedback

Core Engineering
- Strong experience in backend development (.NET preferred)
- Solid understanding of API design and system architecture
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
AI & Productivity Tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
- LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
- Strong prompt engineering skills

Development Practices
