The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product development, using AI to significantly reduce development effort, accelerate delivery, and build intelligent, scalable systems.
Job Responsibility Product Development
Design and build a complete software system (backend + APIs + basic frontend integration)
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Deliver a working MVP within a few months
AI-Accelerated Development
Use AI tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM APIs) to speed up development
Automate repetitive coding tasks and reduce manual effort
Apply prompt engineering to generate, optimize, and debug code
Backend & System Design
Develop robust backend services using modern frameworks (preferably .NET)
Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Work with databases (SQL Server or similar)
AI Integration (Product Features)
Integrate AI capabilities such as:
Smart workflows
Intelligent automation
AI-assisted decision-making
Use LLM APIs where applicable to enhance product features
Deployment & Delivery
Deploy applications to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Ensure performance, reliability, and basic security best practices
