Delivery Rider

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Delivery Rider to handle the pickup and delivery of packages and documents within the assigned area. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain professionalism with customers, and use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes. This role requires someone who is punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable using a smartphone for daily delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages and documents on time
• Plan and follow the best routes using GPS to save time and fuel
• Communicate politely with customers and answer their questions
• Handle all packages carefully to avoid damage
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, and collect signatures when required
• Follow traffic rules and keep the vehicle safe and roadworthy
• Resolve delivery issues quickly and inform the customer or office as needed
• Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor

• The candidate must be 18 years of age or above.
• Applications are open to both male and female candidates.
• There is no formal educational requirement for this role.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, though prior experience in delivery or riding is an advantage.
• Candidates must hold a valid driving license along with the vehicle's bluebook.
• A personal smartphone is required to apply for this role.
• Having a bike or cycle is preferred, but candidates without one may still apply.
• Applicants should be familiar with local streets and routes in the delivery area.
