Job Description
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori-based learning activities.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Guide children in developing independence, social skills, and self-confidence.
  • Observe and assess students' progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and organise Montessori learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Support children's emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and classroom discipline through constructive guidance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
  • Organise classroom activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of children at all times.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve educational goals.
  • Participate in training programmes, workshops, and school activities.
Job Specification
  • Montessori training/certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Patient, caring, creative, and responsible personality.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and child-centred learning experiences.
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
