Montessori Teacher (Female)

Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori-based learning activities.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Guide children in developing independence, social skills, and self-confidence.
Observe and assess students' progress and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and organise Montessori learning materials and classroom resources.
Support children's emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development.
Encourage positive behaviour and classroom discipline through constructive guidance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
Organise classroom activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of children at all times.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve educational goals.
Participate in training programmes, workshops, and school activities.

Montessori training/certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Nepali.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Patient, caring, creative, and responsible personality.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to create engaging and child-centred learning experiences.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and communication purposes.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
