UK & Australia Counselors

Meet Point Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated UK & Australia Counselors to guide and assist students throughout their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to manage front-desk and counseling responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students regarding study opportunities, university selection, and admission procedures for the UK and Australia.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on courses, universities, visa requirements, and application processes.
• Assist students with documentation, application forms, and follow-up communication with institutions.
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and walk-in students to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle basic office administrative tasks, including managing calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the counseling team and management to meet monthly targets.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field (counseling, customer service, or consultancy preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant personality with a client-focused, professional attitude.
• Prior experience/knowledge of UK/Australia education systems will be an added advantage.
