- Oversee complete design projects for advertising, digital marketing, packaging, branding, and other areas.
- Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and content teams to develop strong visual concepts.
- Create compelling, on-brand visuals from briefs for print, digital, and social platforms.
- Oversee design consistency while elevating the brand’s creative expression.
- Present ideas and design concepts to internal teams and clients confidently.
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Job Specification
What You Bring
- 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or high-paced creative environment.
- A standout portfolio with a range of branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Nice to have motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with strategic objectives.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
