Production Floor Supervisor(Birgunj)

Maruti Print & Pack Ltd. is seeking two dedicated and responsible Production Floor Supervisors to oversee and support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with team members on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the floor
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Assist in managing workers and maintaining discipline on the floor
• Ensure quality control and proper handling of materials
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines
• Coordinate with management for efficient production output

• Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary Level)
• Basic ability to read and write in English
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a team environment

Working Hours:

• As per company rules
• Day and night shift rotation required

• Salary range: NPR 15,000 – 25,000 (inclusive of all benefits)
