Job Description
Maruti Print & Pack Ltd. is seeking two dedicated and responsible Production Floor Supervisors to oversee and support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with team members on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the floor
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules
- Assist in managing workers and maintaining discipline on the floor
- Ensure quality control and proper handling of materials
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with management for efficient production output
Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary Level)
- Basic ability to read and write in English
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a team environment
Working Hours:
- As per company rules
- Day and night shift rotation required
Facilities & Benefits:
- Fooding and lodging provided by the company
- Salary range: NPR 15,000 – 25,000 (inclusive of all benefits)
