Job Description

Counsel clients on immigration pathways including study, work, PR, and visit visas
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, programs, or visa options
Explain immigration processes, documentation, timelines, and eligibility clearly
Handle end-to-end client coordination from inquiry to file submission
Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and follow-ups
Coordinate with legal officers, documentation team, and overseas partners
Meet monthly counseling targets and conversion goals
Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and program changes
Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (master’s preferred)
Background in immigration, counseling, or consultancy services preferred

Experience

Experience as an Immigration Counselor or similar role preferred
Interns and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and counseling skills
Good understanding of immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK preferred)
Ability to handle pressure, targets, and multiple clients
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
Fluency in English (spoken & written); Nepali required
Professional attitude, ethics, and client-first mindset
