Job Description
- Counsel clients on immigration pathways including study, work, PR, and visit visas
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, programs, or visa options
- Explain immigration processes, documentation, timelines, and eligibility clearly
- Handle end-to-end client coordination from inquiry to file submission
- Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with legal officers, documentation team, and overseas partners
- Meet monthly counseling targets and conversion goals
- Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and program changes
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (master’s preferred)
- Background in immigration, counseling, or consultancy services preferred
Experience
- Experience as an Immigration Counselor or similar role preferred
- Interns and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Good understanding of immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure, targets, and multiple clients
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Fluency in English (spoken & written); Nepali required
- Professional attitude, ethics, and client-first mindset
