Job Description
Pick up and deliver goods, parcels, or food items to customers in a timely manner.
Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and payment status.
Ensure safe handling of items to prevent damage during transit.
Collect payments (cash or digital) and provide receipts when required.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
Maintain communication with customers and the office regarding delivery status.
Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally during delivery.
Keep records of delivered and undelivered items.
Follow traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter)
Job Specification
Minimum SLC/SEE or equivalent qualification.
Valid driving licence (bike/scooter).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to use mobile apps such as Google Maps for navigation.
Physically fit and able to handle delivery workloads.
Basic communication skills and customer handling ability.
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
The candidate must possess the ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.
