Job Description

K.T.M. Live Distributors and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax and statutory compliance, monitoring cash flow, preparing management reports, and strengthening financial controls to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements under Nepalese tax regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding banking transactions and required financial/trade documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
  • Liaise with external auditors and coordinate statutory audit requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of financial records and documents.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading, distribution, or a similar business environment.
  • Master’s degree or ACCA pursuing/completed candidates will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepalese accounting practices, VAT, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a team effectively.
