Job Description

Kavya School is seeking a nurturing and creative Grade Teacher to manage early-grade classrooms and support students’ foundational academic and behavioral development. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encourage curiosity and social-emotional growth, and guide students in building essential skills for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities

  • Teach multiple subjects to early-grade students (Grades 1–3)
  • Create engaging, activity-based, and child-friendly lesson plans
  • Monitor students’ academic progress and behavior
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Support overall emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Education preferred)
  • Experience in primary or early childhood education
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a child-centered teaching approach
