Job Description
Kavya School is seeking a nurturing and creative Grade Teacher to manage early-grade classrooms and support students’ foundational academic and behavioral development. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encourage curiosity and social-emotional growth, and guide students in building essential skills for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach multiple subjects to early-grade students (Grades 1–3)
- Create engaging, activity-based, and child-friendly lesson plans
- Monitor students’ academic progress and behavior
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Support overall emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Education preferred)
