Job Description

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, branding, visual communication, and creative content development. The role involves creating visually engaging designs, developing brand materials, and producing high-quality creative assets for both the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design logos, brand identities, social media creatives, promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, and other graphic assets based on client requirements.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with different brand identities.
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, colors, typography, and overall design quality.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and client-servicing teams to understand project requirements.
Translate ideas, concepts, and client requirements into effective visual designs.
Make revisions and improvements based on client or team feedback.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.
Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, advertising, and visual content trends.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets properly.
Assist with other creative and design-related activities as required.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Good command of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, visual composition, typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of social media design requirements and creative formats.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to understand creative briefs and work according to client requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in graphic design, advertising, branding, or a creative agency is preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous design and creative work will be an advantage.
