Job Description
KAAD Education is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Officer who can manage digital platforms, create engaging content, and handle basic video editing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our online presence and driving student engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow KAAD Education’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos)
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and student interests
- Shoot and edit videos for promotional and informational purposes
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to plan marketing campaigns and events
- Assist in lead generation through digital marketing efforts
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education/consultancy sector
- Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
