Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation & Processing
- Prepare application forms, visa documents, and contracts
- Collect required personal and official documents from applicants
- Ensure documents meet Japanese standards and requirements
Verification & Compliance
- Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity
- Ensure compliance with Japan Immigration rules and company policies
- Correct any errors or missing information
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate with recruitment agencies, employers, and training centers in Japan
- Liaise with government offices, embassies, and consulates
- Guide applicants on required paperwork
Record Keeping & Filing
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Keep updated records of each applicant’s status
- Track visa processing stages and deadlines
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on application status
- Inform management about delays, issues, or approvals
