Job Description

Padma Jyoti Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to lead and manage the Quality Unit. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across operations, effective handling of market claims, and compliance with emission regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven quality analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Unit to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle and process market claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct emission measurements and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Prepare, analyze, and promote QIC and GIS reports to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage attendance and manpower within the department.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automobile Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, or Diploma in a related field with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and market claims processing.
  • Hands-on experience in emission measurement and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with QIC and GIS reports and their application in quality improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of environmental and emission-related regulations.
