Job Description
Padma Jyoti Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to lead and manage the Quality Unit. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across operations, effective handling of market claims, and compliance with emission regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven quality analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Unit to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Handle and process market claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct emission measurements and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
Prepare, analyze, and promote QIC and GIS reports to support quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and manage attendance and manpower within the department.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automobile Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, or Diploma in a related field with at least 4 years of experience.
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and market claims processing.
Hands-on experience in emission measurement and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with QIC and GIS reports and their application in quality improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of environmental and emission-related regulations.
