Job Description
Jimmal Group is hiring one Video Presenter who will represent our brand in front of the camera and across digital platforms.
The core role is video presentation. However, candidates who have hands-on experience leading marketing execution (Marketing Manager / Marketing Officer / Marketing Lead level) will be given strong preference.
This role is designed for someone who doesn’t just speak well on camera but understands how content, marketing, and sales connect in real estate.
Responsibility: Video Presenter – Brand Face
- Present real estate videos including:
- Property listings
- Educational real estate content
- Brand & campaign videos
Additional responsibilities:
- Be confident, natural, and professional on camera
- Communicate clearly in Nepali (English is a plus)
- Coordinate with videographers and editors during shoots
- Represent Jimmal Group consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Stay updated with recent trends in social media and create content accordingly
- Understand buyer psychology in Nepal’s real estate market
- Having experience in marketing execution is a plus point
Job Specification
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Is already working or has worked as a Video Presenter / Host / On-Camera Content Creator
- Has execution-level marketing experience (not just planning)
- Can take responsibility and work directly under the Founder/CEO
- Wants long-term growth and brand visibility in real estate
- Is disciplined, ambitious, and performance-driven
Requirements
- Strong on-camera presence (portfolio or sample videos preferred)
- Clear communication and professional presentation
- Understanding of digital content and social media
- Marketing leadership experience is a major plus, not mandatory
- Interest or experience in real estate is an advantage
