Billing & Showroom Sales Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Billing & Showroom Sales Executive to manage billing operations while assisting customers in the showroom. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in sales and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare accurate bills and invoices using billing software.
• Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain daily sales and billing records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom remains organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales and billing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing/POS software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or retail billing software.
• Sales negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
