We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel operations efficiently.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Supervise and support all hotel departments.
Develop staff schedules and oversee performance.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain hotel facilities.
Implement strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
3–5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
