Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns. The candidate should be skilled in creating visual and written content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube.
- Develop creative ideas, captions, reels, videos, and promotional content
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Shoot and edit photos/videos for marketing purposes
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and branding
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Respond to audience engagement and comments when required
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media handling, or digital marketing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Video editing and graphic design skills
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Social media management knowledge
- Photography/videography skills are an advantage
- Basic SEO and digital marketing understanding
- Trend analysis and audience engagement skills
