Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events successfully. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, client communication, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize corporate, social, and promotional events
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Arrange venues, decorations, catering, and logistics
- Supervise event setup and on-site operations
- Ensure smooth execution of events and solve issues promptly
- Promote events through marketing and social media activities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or +2 in Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must have a two-wheeler.
