Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Hardware Showroom)

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Experience: 3–5 years in sales (hardware/construction preferred)

Salary: NPR 35,000 – 50,000 (plus incentives)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage showroom sales operations, handle key customers, and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have good product knowledge and the ability to guide junior staff while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers and high-value clients professionally
  • Provide expert guidance on hardware products (tools, fittings, construction materials, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships (contractors, builders, retailers)
  • Supervise and support junior sales staff
  • Ensure proper product display and showroom management
  • Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and customer database
  • Identify new business opportunities and repeat customers

 

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (hardware/showroom/construction field preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of hardware products
  • Leadership ability and team handling experience
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills (billing, MS Office, etc.)
