Production Supervisor (cookware Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in pressure cooker manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience on the shop floor, with exposure to production planning, process improvement, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily shop floor operations to ensure smooth production flow
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with different departments such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
• Support new product development and assist in trial runs
• Monitor manpower utilization and maintain discipline on the shop floor
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 2–5 years (preferred in a reputed pressure cooker or cookware manufacturing company)
• Proven experience in pressure cooker / cookware manufacturing
• Strong understanding of metal forming, assembly, and finishing processes
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory management
• Ability to handle shop floor teams and resolve operational issues
• Basic understanding of quality control tools and standards
• Good communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with reputed brands in pressure cooker manufacturing
• Exposure to product development and process optimization
• Willingness to relocate
• Candidates from Nepal or India preferred
