Mechanical Engineer (Birgunj)

Responsible for overseeing production machinery, maintenance, and process efficiency in the manufacturing of galvanized wire, HB wire, binding wire, barbed wire, gabion wire, nails, and electrical cables.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize wire and cable manufacturing processes.
• Ensure smooth operation of wire drawing, galvanizing, extrusion, armouring, and nail-making machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Maintain product quality standards including tensile strength, coating, and dimensions.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industrial standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams and prepare reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply.
