Job Description
The Pre-Primary Teacher will play the fundamental role of a Mother Teacher, nurturing young learners in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment while supporting their foundational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and course plans.
- Follow Montessori methodology in classroom teaching.
- Create a warm, secure, and engaging learning environment.
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
- Use play-based and activity-based learning techniques.
- Be well-versed in digital modes of teaching (smart boards, online resources, presentations, etc.).
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
Job Specification
- Montessori Trained (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Digitally proficient.
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality.
- Good communication skills in English.
