Job Description

The Pre-Primary Teacher will play the fundamental role of a Mother Teacher, nurturing young learners in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment while supporting their foundational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and course plans.
Follow Montessori methodology in classroom teaching.
Create a warm, secure, and engaging learning environment.
Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
Use play-based and activity-based learning techniques.
Be well-versed in digital modes of teaching (smart boards, online resources, presentations, etc.).
Monitor and record student progress.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development.
Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.

Job Specification

Montessori Trained (Mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
Digitally proficient.
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality.
Good communication skills in English.
