Job Description
- Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network security systems
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and backups
- Ensure network security by implementing best practices and protocols
- Coordinate with system administrators and IT teams for smooth operations
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and reports
- Provide technical support and resolve network-related issues promptly
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Basic knowledge of network security and firewall configuration
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
