Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to system support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, systems, and networks
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, and security updates
Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT issues on time
Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
Experience with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with server management, backups, and security practices
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
