To deliver high-quality Nepali language instruction to lower secondary students, fostering strong language skills, cultural understanding, and academic growth in accordance with the national curriculum and school’s educational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Nepali lessons as per the National Curriculum.
- Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Foster students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills in Nepali.
- Promote Nepali culture, literature, and values through interactive and inclusive activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments.
- Coordinate with other subject teachers and participate in school-wide programs and activities.
- Attend regular staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
