Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Nepali lessons as per the National Curriculum.
Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
Foster students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills in Nepali.
Promote Nepali culture, literature, and values through interactive and inclusive activities.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments.
Coordinate with other subject teachers and participate in school-wide programs and activities.
Attend regular staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Nepali, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Nepali at the lower secondary level.
Strong knowledge of the lower secondary Nepali curriculum.

Excellent command of written and spoken Nepali.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
