Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer who can develop compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual concepts. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
- Create visual content including banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and corporate branding materials.
- Develop innovative design concepts from initial idea through final execution.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print media.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, operations, and management teams to develop effective visual communication strategies.
- Create and optimize graphics for websites, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Review and improve existing marketing materials to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Present design concepts and creative ideas to management and stakeholders when required.
- Support the company's branding and promotional activities through innovative design solutions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, professional, and diverse design work.
- Experience working on both digital and print design projects.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective visual designs.
Technical Skills
Applicants should have strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
