We're looking for experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officers (Male/Female) to join our growing team supporting the Australian renewable energy market.
In this role, you'll engage directly with residential customers across Australia, helping them understand Australian Government energy rebate programs and recommending suitable energy-efficient solutions, including Heat Pumps, Solar PV Systems, Battery Storage Systems, and Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning solutions. You'll be expected to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact qualified warm leads who have submitted enquiries through social media or online campaigns.
- Generate and qualify B2C leads using assigned channels and lead lists to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assess customers' eligibility for Australian Government energy rebate and upgrade programs.
- Recommend suitable Heat Pump, Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Explain product features, available government incentives, pricing, and finance options (where applicable).
- Confidently handle complex customer enquiries, objections, and negotiations to maximize sales conversions.
- Schedule appointments or close sales, depending on the assigned campaign.
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with Australian regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in coaching and supporting junior Sales Officers when required.
