Job Description

We're looking for experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officers (Male/Female) to join our growing team supporting the Australian renewable energy market.

In this role, you'll engage directly with residential customers across Australia, helping them understand Australian Government energy rebate programs and recommending suitable energy-efficient solutions, including Heat Pumps, Solar PV Systems, Battery Storage Systems, and Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning solutions. You'll be expected to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact qualified warm leads who have submitted enquiries through social media or online campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify B2C leads using assigned channels and lead lists to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assess customers' eligibility for Australian Government energy rebate and upgrade programs.
  • Recommend suitable Heat Pump, Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning solutions based on each customer's needs.
  • Explain product features, available government incentives, pricing, and finance options (where applicable).
  • Confidently handle complex customer enquiries, objections, and negotiations to maximize sales conversions.
  • Schedule appointments or close sales, depending on the assigned campaign.
  • Build strong customer relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with Australian regulations and internal company policies.
  • Assist in coaching and supporting junior Sales Officers when required.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of proven B2C sales experience, preferably in services, telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, call centre, business development, BPO/outsourcing, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent, suitable for communicating with customers in Australia, the UK, the USA, or Canada.
  • Lead Generation, hands-on experience building and qualifying leads from multiple sources and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and building long-term rapport.
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems.
  • B2C Sales, experience selling directly to individual customers with a focus on conversion and customer value.
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (NST).

Education Note:

  • Candidates with extensive relevant sales experience may be considered even if they do not hold a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience selling to customers in Australia, the UK, the USA, or Canada.
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar, utilities, telecommunications, insurance, home improvement, or BPO sales.
  • Knowledge of Australian Government energy rebate programs.
  • Knowledge of Australian customer service standards.
  • Proven B2C sales and closing experience.
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior sales team members.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from NPR 35,000–50,000, based on experience and skills.
