Job Description
GPG Services is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure that the company’s operations adhere to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring compliance processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of governance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor, review, and update compliance procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to maintain regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, reports, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to management when required.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, policies, and risk management processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role will be an added advantage.
