Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain our product listings on the company website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately uploading products, keeping the catalog updated, and ensuring listings are optimized for visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
List new products on the website with accurate descriptions, pricing, sizes, categories, and images
Coordinate with the production and design team to collect product details and images
Organize and categorize products for easy navigation on the website
Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and meta tags
Optimize product pages to improve search engine ranking and organic traffic
Monitor SEO performance (search ranking, organic traffic) using tools like Google Analytics/Search Console
Monitor stock levels and remove/update out-of-stock items
Track product performance (views, sales) and report to management
Assist in seasonal/promotional campaigns by updating relevant listings
Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve product-related queries
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all product data
Job Specification
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, product listing, or catalog management
Basic knowledge of website/CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page SEO, keyword research)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic image editing tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Female candidates preferred
Skills Preferred:
SEO/keyword optimization for product listings
Familiarity with online marketplaces or wholesale platforms
Prior experience in garment/fashion retail is a plus
