Plan, organize, and implement programs in line with organizational objectives
Coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure timely execution
Conduct community needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities
Monitor and evaluate program performance and impact
Prepare regular reports (progress, participant data, outcomes) for management and stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all program activities
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and community stakeholders
Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs
Manage program schedules, resources, and basic budgeting
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
Support development of new programs and improvement of existing initiatives
Handle virtual coordination and reporting with national/international teams
