Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will work within an autonomous, agile, and high-performing environment to design and deliver new features end-to-end — from database and backend development to frontend, testing, and deployment.
You will play a key role in scaling our platform and operations to support over 1,000,000 users while continuously improving system performance through rapid iterations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end features (database, backend, frontend, testing, and deployment).
- Build and maintain a scalable and modern technology stack.
- Monitor application performance and continuously optimize software efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Break down complex features into manageable technical tasks.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in regular deployments (multiple releases per day).
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable modern software products.
- Strong experience with: Node.js , React JS & React Native MySQL and Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple and clear terms.
- Product-focused mindset with good understanding of user experience.
- Passion for writing clean, simple, and scalable code.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
Working Conditions :
- US Timezone (Night Shift – Remote).
- The first month will include structured training provided by the company.
- Candidates must be flexible, as occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs.
