Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Secretary to handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and company documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure full compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and filing obligations.
Organize, coordinate, and facilitate Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and maintain proper documentation of proceedings.
Support and maintain strong corporate governance practices within the organization.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and external advisors (legal, auditors, etc.).
Monitor compliance deadlines, statutory filings, and license/registration renewals.
Advise management on corporate legal and governance matters.
Ensure proper implementation of board decisions and policies.
Job Specification
Minimum Bachelor’s degree ( Master's preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role .
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Professional behavior and presentable personality.
