Job Description

We are looking for a creative and versatile Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing EdTech team. You will be responsible for defining our visual presence across all digital platforms. From empathetic social media campaigns targeting parents to engaging educational content for students, your work will be the face of our brand.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take a brief and run with it independently, but also thrives in a collaborative environment alongside our marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Marketing: Design high-impact graphics for Social Medias such as Facebook, Instagram, including daily posts, festival-themed content, and promotional ad campaigns.
  • Audience Resonance: Create visuals that reflect the specific sentiments and needs of our core end users like schools, teachers, students.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a professional yet accessible "EdTech" feel.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for quick-turnaround projects.

Job Specification
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required). Experience in the EdTech or Education sector is a significant plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (for photo manipulation/posts), Illustrator (for vector art/logos), and InDesign (for long-form documents/e-books).
  • Figma or Canva: For collaborative prototyping or quick social media templates.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Ability to design for "sentiments", understanding how to use color, typography, and imagery to evoke trust from parents or excitement from students.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable switching between "fun" student-centric designs and "professional" school-board presentations.
  • Communication: Strong ability to explain design choices and accept constructive feedback.
