Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise the housekeeping team and ensure excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
Allocate rooms and duties to housekeeping staff and monitor task completion.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, arranged, and ready for guests.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory.
Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special guest requirements.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain service standards.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Job Specification
2–3 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a 2-star or 3-star hotel.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hotel hygiene practices.
Good supervisory, communication, and team-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
