Issue tickets accurately for airlines, buses, or events using Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or other ticketing systems.
Handle customer enquiries regarding ticket availability, pricing, schedules, and policies.
Process reservations, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges as per company guidelines.
Maintain proper records of daily ticket sales, transactions, and cash handling.
Ensure correct billing and generate invoices/receipts for customers.
Coordinate with operations or transport teams for seat allocation and scheduling updates.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Verify customer details and ensure compliance with booking procedures and documentation.
Update ticketing software/system regularly with accurate data.
Follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in reporting daily/weekly sales and revenue to management.
Promote additional services or offers to increase sales (upselling where applicable).
