Delta Autocorp Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to support branch and dealer service operations. The role involves providing technical support, managing warranty claims, ensuring service quality compliance, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through effective training, audits, and technical problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Service Operations
Provide technical support to branches and authorized dealer service centers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Assist in diagnosing complex technical issues and support effective resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and OEM principals for technical matters.
Warranty Management
Evaluate, process, and approve warranty claims in accordance with company and OEM policies.
Ensure timely coordination with concerned departments for warranty settlements and approvals.
Maintain accurate warranty documentation and records.
Service Quality & Compliance
Conduct periodic service audits at branches and dealer workshops.
Ensure compliance with company standards and OEM service guidelines.
Identify gaps in service quality and recommend corrective actions.
Training & Development
Provide technical training and on-the-job guidance to service technicians at branches and dealer service centers.
Support skill development initiatives to improve service efficiency and technical competency.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Analyze recurring technical and service-related issues.
Prepare technical reports and submit findings to management.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize repeat failures and improve service performance.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service, technical support, or after-sales operations.
Experience working with dealer networks and OEM standards will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to train and guide technical staff.
Willingness to travel to branches and dealer service centers as required.
