The Opportunity

• We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise who can independently build and ship production-ready features.
• This is not a role for someone who only completes assigned tickets.
• We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, makes decisions, and helps shape the product.
• You will work directly with founders, designers, and engineers to build products used by real students, parents, and teachers.

Product Development

• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js
• Develop reusable UI components
• Build responsive and accessible user experiences
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services
• Optimize application performance

Full Stack Contribution

• Contribute to backend APIs when required
• Work with databases and caching systems
• Participate in architecture discussions
• Support production systems

Collaboration

• Work closely with founders, product, and design teams
• Participate in technical planning
• Review code and maintain engineering standards
• Contribute ideas and improvements
