Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Lead Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, supervising and delivering all visual, video, promotional and campaign content for the company across digital, ATL, BTL and sales communication platforms.
This role will lead the company’s creative storytelling, ensure brand consistency, generate high-converting promotional materials, and coordinate with digital, sales and field teams for result-driven marketing creatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Content Planning & Execution
Plan monthly content calendar based on sales campaigns, offers, festivals and branding needs.
Conceptualize engaging content ideas for:
Facebook
TikTok
Instagram
YouTube Shorts
Website banners
App creatives
SMS/Email creatives
Create promotional static posts, reels, motion videos and ad creatives.
Develop attractive sales offer creatives that drive lead generation and conversion.
Produce educational and awareness content related to internet, WiFi, IPTV, router, speed, customer issues etc.
Campaign Creative Leadership
Lead all creative outputs for:
ATL Campaigns
BTL Campaigns
Digital Ads
Corporate Promotions
Referral Campaigns
Festival Offers
Develop campaign key visuals, taglines, headline ideas and ad copy direction.
Coordinate with marketing manager to convert business goals into visual campaigns.
Video Production & Organic Ads
Shoot and direct short promotional videos, testimonials, trend videos and organic ads.
Prepare scripts/storyboards for reels and short-form content.
Coordinate actors/staff/customers for video shoots.
Ensure each week fresh engaging video content is published.
Team Handling & Creative Supervision
Lead junior designers/video editors/content assistants if available.
Assign daily tasks and review creative quality before publishing.
Ensure all company creatives follow same branding guideline, font, color and communication style.
Maintain creative file archive and campaign asset library.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field
Relevant certifications in graphic design, video editing, or digital marketing will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative roles
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing campaigns
Prior experience in telecom, ISP, or tech-related industries is preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
Strong command of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Knowledge of social media content trends (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign performance metrics
Ability to create content for multiple formats: static, video, motion graphics, and ad creatives
