Creative Designer

Brownleaf IT Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, short-form video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging and impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics and visual content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and edit reels, short-form videos, and other promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts and contribute ideas for visual storytelling.
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in branding, design quality, and visual communication.

• Bachelor’s degree running or completed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Practical experience in graphic design and reels/short-video editing.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and design principles.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
