Job Description

Blue Lake IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform written content into visually engaging designs. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret ideas, scripts, and marketing content and convert them into compelling visuals for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visuals based on content such as blog posts, social media captions, video scripts, and marketing campaigns
Translate concepts and ideas into clear, engaging designs
Design creative assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, blogs, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and video editors to ensure cohesive output
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials
Adapt designs for different formats and platforms
Optimize visuals for engagement, including clicks, shares, and readability

Job Specification

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
Ability to understand content and extract key visual ideas
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Experience designing for digital platforms
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and audience behavior
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
