Job Description
Blue Lake IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of video editing tools and modern editing styles. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about video content and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms.
- Work on both short-form and long-form video projects.
- Apply modern editing styles including quick cuts, captions, and trending formats.
- Add dynamic motion graphics, captions, transitions, and effects that elevate video quality.
- Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements and aspect ratios.
- Design eye-catching social media graphics, thumbnails, branded templates, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver creative outputs.
- Revise and improve videos based on feedback .
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay ahead of trending audio, editing styles, and viral formats – and apply them proactively
Job Specification
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency (or basic knowledge) in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of short-form editing styles: quick cuts, captions,trending formats
- Basic knowledge of long-form storytelling and pacing
- Ability to incorporate feedback into edits
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant training or coursework in video editing or multimedia is preferred.
- Educational background is flexible based on skills and ability
Experience:
- 1 year Experience/ Freshers who can demonstrate the required skills
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
