Bhok Lagyo Food Delivery Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and energetic Delivery Rider to join our team. The rider will be responsible for delivering food orders safely and on time while providing good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation apps efficiently.
- Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene.
- Collect payments from customers when required.
- Communicate politely with customers and restaurant staff.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and order details.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle/bike is clean and in good working condition.
- Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.
- Support additional deliveries or tasks as assigned.
