Job Description
Bhok Lagyo Food Delivery Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and energetic Delivery Rider to join our team. The rider will be responsible for delivering food orders safely and on time while providing good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers on time.
Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation apps efficiently.
Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene.
Collect payments from customers when required.
Communicate politely with customers and restaurant staff.
Maintain accurate delivery records and order details.
Ensure the delivery vehicle/bike is clean and in good working condition.
Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.
Support additional deliveries or tasks as assigned.
Job Specification
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own a motorcycle/scooter with required documents.
Previous delivery or rider experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley roads and locations.
Basic smartphone and GPS/navigation skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and honest.
Able to work flexible hours and handle OT when required.
Position Details
Part-Time: 10:00 PM–3:00 AM | 28 days/month | 2 days off | Basic Salary: NPR 10,000/month | Fuel Allowance: NPR 12,000/month
Full-Time: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM | 26 days/month | 4 days off | Basic Salary: NPR 17,000/month | Fuel Allowance: NPR 13,000/month
Benefits: Dinner & tea provided | Overtime: Additional salary and fuel allowance as applicable.
