Batas Hire Purchase is seeking a proactive, energetic, and relationship-oriented Assistant Relationship Officer to support dealer engagement, market development, and field operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with dealers and business partners, monitoring market trends, gathering business intelligence, and ensuring effective coordination between field activities and internal operations. This position requires frequent field visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to dealers, vendors, and business partners to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Assist in developing and strengthening the dealer and business partner network.
  • Support dealers with financing procedures, documentation, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to enhance business growth.
  • Observe and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collect and report market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Identify new market opportunities, potential dealers, and areas for business expansion.
  • Promote the company's products and services to dealers and prospective business partners.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer and dealer transactions.
  • Follow up on pending documentation, approvals, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit field visit reports, market surveys, and business development updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, business opportunities, and market findings.
  • Support the implementation of sales, marketing, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards during field operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or above.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, relationship management, field operations, or finance-related industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Good reporting, documentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and market monitoring.
  • Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
