Job Description

Babin Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Rental Operations Officer to manage our billing operations and accounts receivable. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and smooth financial operations across the company. We encourage candidates with a basic knowledge of cameras or a passion for filmmaking technology to apply, as this role involves working closely with our rental equipment clients and understanding our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and billing records
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts teams to ensure billing accuracy
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client queries professionally
  • Assist in month-end reconciliation and reporting
  • Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation
  • Generate regular billing and collection reports for management
  • Develop an understanding of our filmmaking and camera equipment to assist clients better
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Basic camera knowledge / camera enthusiast will be prioritized
  • Interest in filmmaking equipment and technology
  • Experience in service-based, rental, or logistics industries
  • Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and financial compliance
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems

Working Hours & Shift Details

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Day Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • This role follows a shift rotation system
