Job Description

The Senior Inventory & Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and financial records while supporting the company’s export operations. The role will oversee stock tracking, product costing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, supplier records, and coordination of export-related financial and inventory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished products, and packaging inventory.
  • Monitor stock movement and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare inventory reports and identify discrepancies or shortages.
  • Manage bookkeeping, daily financial transactions, and expense records.
  • Prepare and monitor cost of goods, product costing, and operational expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Coordinate with the management team on budgeting and financial planning.
  • Support export-related financial documentation and logistics records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and other stakeholders regarding financial and stock records.
  • Verify product inventory against invoices, purchase records, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation related to certificates, quality assurance, and compliance records where required.
  • Prepare regular management reports on inventory, expenses, and financial performance.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or inventory management.
  • Experience with inventory management and accounting software is required.
  • Experience in trading, manufacturing, logistics, or export businesses will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes is an advantage.
  • Professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
