Job Description

Arogin Group (Healthcare & Care Home) provides comprehensive healthcare services, including residential care, medical monitoring, OPD services, aesthetic care, and multidisciplinary patient support. We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and qualified PCL Staff Nurses to join our growing healthcare team.

The PCL Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to care home residents and patients. The role involves daily health monitoring, medication administration, OPD support, assistance with aesthetic/dermatological procedures, patient documentation, and coordination with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care and daily health monitoring to care home residents and patients.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any significant changes in patients' health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections in accordance with medical instructions.
  • Support OPD services, including patient preparation, vital-sign monitoring, basic nursing procedures, and post-consultation care.
  • Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
  • Ensure proper patient preparation and provide appropriate post-procedure care.
  • Assist elderly residents and patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and care plans.
  • Coordinate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and aesthetic/dermatology teams.
  • Follow proper infection prevention, hygiene, safety, and clinical standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care at all times.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and promptly inform the concerned medical personnel.
  • Follow organizational policies, nursing protocols, and clinical standards.
  • Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned by the management or medical team.
Job Specification
  • PCL/ANM/CMA in Nursing from a recognized medical institution.
  • Must be registered with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) and possess a valid nursing license.
  • Prior experience in a hospital, care home, ward, ICU, OPD, aesthetic/dermatology clinic, or geriatric care will be an advantage.
  • Smart, enthusiastic, competent, and motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong nursing knowledge and practical clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
