Job Description

Job Summary

The Documentation Officer will support day-to-day documentation and record-handling for consultancy services at Anupam Abroad Academy Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least six months of relevant experience who can ensure accurate, complete, and timely document processing for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and organize client documents according to internal checklists and required formats

  • Scan, digitize, and maintain documents in structured folders with proper naming conventions

  • Prepare and update documentation trackers and status logs for each client file

  • Coordinate with internal teams to request missing documents and follow up until files are complete

  • Review document details for basic accuracy (names, dates, issue/expiry dates, and IDs) before submission or processing

  • Ensure confidential handling of client records and comply with document retention and access rules

  • Support the preparation of submission-ready document packets for external agencies as instructed

Job Specification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Humanities, Education, or a related field

  • Minimum six months of experience in documentation, admin support, or client file processing within a service-based setting

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for trackers, logs, and document preparation

  • Basic competence in scanning and digital record management (PDF organization, version control, and folder structures)

  • Familiarity with common documentation used in consultancy workflows (IDs, academic records, forms, and certificates)

  • Ability to follow checklists and maintain high accuracy while handling multiple files

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with student or immigration/overseas documentation processes

  • Exposure to using Google Drive/SharePoint or similar document management systems

  • Prior experience in an education/consultancy or administrative support role
